BOARDING

Boarding services are available only to dogs who have completed one of our training programs and have been thoroughly vetted. Evaluations are not needed for boarding, as dogs will have already been assessed and will have the required training foundation.

Planning a work trip, a vacation, or simply need some time to unwind? Riverview Bark has you covered. Our boarding service provides overnight care for your pups while you're away. Your dog will stay in the comfort of one of our trainer's homes, participating in SmartPlay during the weekdays (subject to trainer) to keep them mentally and physically engaged.

Most importantly, we'll help maintain their good manners and proper socialization throughout their stay.

    Please note:

    • For the safety and well-being of younger pups, we are unable to accommodate dogs under 1-year old in our boarding program.

  • 1-Day Rate: $120 + tax

    • Drop-Off Times:

      • Morning: 7:30am-10am

      • Afternoon: 2pm-4pm

    • Pick-Up Times:

      • Morning: 7:30am-10am

      • Afternoon: 2pm-4pm

    • Pickups after 4pm will incur an additional $10 fee for each additional hour until 8pm. After 8pm, you will be billed an additional day.

    • 10% discount on stays over 10+ consecutive days (does not apply during holidays)

    • $40 per day/dog surcharge on 2025 Peak/Holiday Dates - see dates below:

      • MLK Day: January 18-20

      • Presidents Day: February 15-17

      • ​Spring Break/Easter: April 6-21

      • Memorial Day: May 24-26

      • Juneteenth: June 19-22

      • Independence Day: July 3-6

      • Labor Day: Aug 30-Sept 1

      • Thanksgiving: Nov 22-Nov 30

      • Christmas/New Years: Dec 16-Jan 2

    • Additional dogs from the same household will receive a 10% discount per dog

    • Reservations are required 7 days prior to boarding service start date.

    • Boarding services are only available to dogs who have completed one of our training programs. This is an essential process to assess your dog's behavior, temperament, suitability, and safety for our program.

    • We are a bully free zone (bully breeds accepted!). Unfortunately our program is not suitable for dogs with any behavioral challenges (i.e., aggression, reactivity, resource guarding, fearfulness) - and/or separation anxiety.

    • Safety + Health is a priority at Riverview Bark so we require up-to-date vaccination records and health history. See FAQs for additional information.

    • Dogs under 1-year old are not accepted into boarding for their own well-being. If you are looking for proper ways to board your young pup, please contact us at info@riverviewbark.com.

    • Dogs must be spayed/neutered if participating in group activities. Some exceptions may apply.

    • Drop-off times are between 7:30am-10am or 2pm-4pm. Pick up times are between 7:30am-10am or 2pm-4pm (M-Th). Pickups after 4pm or on the weekends will incur an additional charge.

    • Refunds for booking fees can be issued provided the request is made within 72 hours of the start date (5 business days for holidays/peak dates).

    • Booking fees are non-refundable within 72 hours of start date.

    • All dogs are required to wear collars. This is for safety reasons including if we have to gain control of a dog, gather multiple dogs in an emergency situation, or to move a dog from one space to another.

    • Dogs must be potty-trained and crate-trained.

    • In the case of a multi-dog household, these terms & conditions apply to each dog.
